SERVICES PROVIDED Under this agreement, the Provider will provide the following services; which herein known as the "Services" in this agreement: Access to utilize the Provider's message board services. Access to documents such as FAQ's and documentation. All documentation is provided on an "as is" basis, with no expressed or implied complete validity.

2. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that the webmaster, administrator and moderators of this forum have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should they see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered above being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent the webmaster, administrator and moderators cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

3. REMOTE LINKING OF IMAGES No remote linking of images is allowed in posting to the forum boards unless you have full permission to do so. This is stealing bandwidth and is illegal. It can result in the loss of your account.

4. LOSS OF MEMBERSHIP You May lose your -=DoM=- Forum membership at anytime if you do not follow these guidelines. If you break these rules you will be warned, banned, or even have your account deleted.

5. -=DoM=- PRIVACY POLICY The personal information you provide -=DoM=- for use in registering for your forum account will not be sold or distributed to any third party without your consent. The webmaster, administrator, moderators and members of -=DoM=- cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised. The -=DoM=- forum content is displayed to the public and any information you post in the forum may be viewable by the public. This policy applies to the -=DoM=- forum only. All voice and text messages on the game server are considered to be public and -=DoM=- and it's members cannot be held responsible for the release of these messages to the public.
